You first complete an online structured 300 individual questions that focus on your interests and skill set. In addition, there is 90 minutes of psychometrically based aptitude test (developed with Occupational Psychologist, Dr. Charles Johnson). Together these give you valuable insights into the work and careers best suited to your skills and interests. It identifies your strengths and weaknesses giving you new insights into who you are, and where your skills lie. It can provide a valuable morale boost where a young person is uncertain or lacks confidence in themselves. These responses are analysed and a personalised report of the results and feedback matching the student with selected career areas is produced. This is interpreted and discussed with myself through a one-to-one Zoom interview. I use the report as a framework for asking questions, some of which might surprise you. This will enable you to interpret and see the results in the context of what is going on with you. This can also give you the opportunity to understand the implications of the findings in order to take what you want from it.

Research shows that pursuing a career you are passionate about usually results in success, rather than pursuing a goal you ‘think’ will make you successful. I use this particular tool as, in my opinion as both mother and professional, this is the better one that I have experienced in the UK market.
